2nd., 3rd., & 4th. grades Spanish Language Arts

I teach because I think of my responsibility to help children touch the future. Also I feel that I can help students change their views of education as a boring phase of their lives. I am conscious that accepting their diversity and their culture, I can make it more meaningful for them to be in the classroom working hard to be successful.

My expectations go hand to hand with my goals:

bulletEvery 2nd., 3rd., and 4th. grader should be reading on grade level as of May 2004.
bulletEvery 3rd. grader should pass the reading TAKS.
bulletStudents should exhibit appropriate behavior throughout the school year 2003-2004.
bulletEvery student should be responsible for their home assignments.

How to help your child succeed:

I expect all parents to work with me and the school, in partnership, to get all these goals accomplished. Every day parents should expect their childrens to read and to work on their daily assignments and homework.
