Student of the Month
Valeria Reyes was chosen as Benbrook's Student of the Month for March because of her display as a model fifth grade student. She earns A’s and B’s, and has exemplary behavior in all classes. She is an active member of Benbrook’s reading club Name That Book, and boasts 62.4 total points in our school's Accelerated Reading program. Valeria is dedicated to her schoolwork, and plans to attend college when she graduates from high school. She demonstrates everyday that her goals of one day becoming the president of the United States guide her actions. We are proud of Valeria and encourage her to pursue her dreams.
Principal's Choice
Student of the Month
Leticia Macedo, has been recognized as the Principal's Choice Student of the Month due to her outstanding performance in reading. She has achieved 100 AR point. She says that reading is a way to understand the world and to learn from it.
