Registration
To assure that Briarmeadow Charter School is the right school for your child and family, school tours are required prior to registration. 
In accordance with our Charter, your family MUST be zoned to Pilgrim, Piney Point, Briargrove or Emerson Elementary Schools.  At BCS, our enrollment procedures are based on a first-come, first serve policy or sibling admissions.  To receive an application for enrollment, you must attend a school tour.  Middle School is Pre-AP Program and requires that an application be submitted to the Admission Team. 

The school's Registrar/Attendance Clerk will need the following original documents:
        Birth Certificate

        Shot Records (Immunization)

        Proof of Address (Current utilities bill)

        Social Security Number

        Report Cards

In addition as part of the registration procedure, you will be asked to complete the following forms:
        Student History Survey
        Home Language Survey
        Rainy Day Emergency Plan
        Dismissal/Carpool Information
        Enrollment Card (2 copies)
        Parent Responsibility Form
If space is available your student(s) will be enrolled and special events and/or new student orientation information will be mailed to you.
