Welcome to the home of a Houston Independent School District "Exemplary School" Richard J. Brock Elementary. Richard Brock Elementary sits in the shadow of downtown Houston, just two blocks north of the Houston Police Department Headquarters. The attendance zone extends east to I-45, north to Spring Street, south to Memorial drive, and west to Silver. There are no apartment complexes in the area, although there are multi-family dwellings. Some families live in single family dwellings.
The mission of Richard Brock Elementary School is to provide a positive learning environment emphasizing academic achievement, emotional and social development and parental involvement, thus enabling our students to become productive citizens.
