Carrillo students and teachers remembered and honored the heroes and victims of 9-11.  Everyone was dressed in red, white and blue clothing, including Carrillo, the principal's bear.  The entire school assembled in front by the flag pole to sing the "National Anthem", recite the "Pledge of Allegiance" as the flag was raised then lowered to half mast, and listen to a  student recite a poem she had written for the occasion.
