The Student Council Club has been in existence since 1994. It consists of students from every class in grades three to five. The members are selected by their peers to represent them. The Student Council members are responsible for morning announcements. They are involved in a food drive every Thanksgiving to help the less fortunate of our community. Student Council members are in charge of fund-raising for the Kid’s Way United Way campaign, represent the school by hosting different events and sponsor periodic events to raise monies for the club. The Student Council builds a sense of leadership, responsibility and belonging in its members. It builds character and self esteem. Students take pride in being members of the Student Council, and thereby contributing to the success of our school.
