Vianey Ruiz-Gutierrez:
I am Vianey A. Ruiz, bilingual kindergarten teacher at Cook
Elementary. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems
Technology from the University of Houston and joined the HISD
Alternative Certification Program in February 2006. In October 23,
2006 I started teaching for HISD at Felix Cook Jr. Elementary School
in Houston, Texas.
I am originally from Mexico City and moved to Houston twenty years
ago. I loved this city because of its diversity, metropolitan
atmosphere and varied cultural events. Recently, I became a new
mother to a joyous wonderful son. My hobbies are spending time with
my son, reading and expanding my education by attending trainings in
the field of early childhood. |
