The job of School Counselor is a busy and demanding one.  However, Mrs. Coleman always has a smile for everyone as she juggles her many responsibilities.   

• This year we have had several speakers and entertainers visit the students.  All of them had important messages and lessons.  

• During the holiday seasons  Mrs. Coleman organized the student activities for preparing food baskets for families in our community.

Even though Clutch had a serious message, he was also full of pranks. This picture shows Clutch putting rabbit ears on his companion when his back is turned.
Ronald McDonald  visited the children to tell the importance of READING.
The  High "Impact" Squad mesmerized the students with their skills and message -- say no to drugs!
Holiday Baskets
During the holiday seasons, the students met in Mrs. Coleman's office to prepare baskets for families in our neighborhood.
The children made 41 baskets for Thanksgiving and another 53 baskets for Christmas dinners. They said doing something for someone else really made them feel good.
