Foster's
Library Rules:
- The library is open daily from 8:15-2:45.
- Students are allowed to use the library
during class with a permit from their teacher.
- The library is open during lunch period
with a permit.
- During lunch we suggest positive activities
such as doing homework, studying, reading a book or magazine.
- Students are expected to be on their best
behavior and use their quiet voices .
- Students are allowed to check out books for
two weeks as long as their library book record is clear. If
additional time is needed students should bring their book in for
renewal.
- If a book is returned late there is a fine
of (5) cents per day not including the weekend. The fine never
exceeds $1.00
- The Houston Chronicle is available for
student use daily.
- Students are allowed to use the Internet
for Research, Card Catalog on Line for Locating books and Word
Processing for typing assignments.
