   Dismissal

Dismissal:  Walkers


Students will be dismissed in groups according to how they get home and teachers will walk students to their designated dismissal areas.  If your child walks home, they will be escorted to one of the following areas:


«     Students who walk home  will meet exit at the front main gate.


Siblings will meet at their designated areas to go home together.  If a parent is on campus to pick up their child, they must meet their child at at the main front entry gate. Students will no longer be allowed to be picked up from classrooms or inside patio. This will help cut down on the traffic during dismissal.


Please take some time to discuss after school pick up with your child. It’s important children know how they get home each afternoon. Remember, we have your child’s best interest in mind. We look forward to your cooperation as we work towards a safer and smoother afternoon dismissal.

 

Dismissal:  Car Pool, Private, and HISD School Bus

Students will be dismissed in groups according to how they get home and teachers will walk students to their designated dismissal areas.  If your child rides the school bus, private day care, or car , they will be escorted to one of the following areas:

 

Frost  has 2 pick up areas:  Front and Back Cafeteria Door located by Main Parking Lot. 

«     HISD Bus riders will wait in the general area of the front hallway of the cafeteria.

« Private Bus riders will wait in the main front area in the cafeteria.

«    Car Riders will wait in the main cafeteria near the back entrance.
