A
Message from Principal Rebecca Mir
En Español
I am very honored to be the principal at this wonderful school. I am very
pleased and excited to be working with such a committed group of
professionals and hard working students.
I started at Garcia Elementary as a fourth grade bilingual teacher in 1992,
and later became the Title One Coordinator and finished as Assistant
Principal before moving to Roosevelt Elementary as principal. I ask for your support and cooperation as we move
together to improve each and every day for our students’ continued academic
achievement.
I look forward to meeting every parent and visiting with you throughout the
school year. I know Garcia Elementary will achieve exceptional successes
with all of us working together. Our students deserve the very best, and I
will work towards that goal each and every day.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Mir
