Registration Requirements

To complete the enrollment process you will need the following:
 

1. Your child's Birth Certificate.

2. Your child's Social Security Card.

3. Your child's vaccination records.

4. Proof of residency (e.g. light bill, gas bill, water bill, lease agreement in your name) or an affidavit of residence.

5. Your Driver's License or Identification Card.

6. Completed Pre-K Application*

*For students entering Pre-Kindergarten only

Para la matrícula, necesitarán lo siguiente:

1. El certificado de nacimiento del niño.

2. La tarjeta de la seguridad social del niño.

3. La cartilla de vacunación del niño.

4. Prueba de residencia, por ejemplo, la factura de la luz.

5. La licencia de conducir o la carta identificacion.

6. La forma de Pre-K llena*
