Halpin's PTO is an active and vital part of our Halpin community.  The PTO sponsors various fundraisers throughout the year including Halpin's Fall Carnival.  Proceed from these fundraisers go on to provide educational programs for our parents, bring in special learning events for our children, and provide materials for activities throughout the year. 

Several times throughout the year, the PTO will host special events such as "Donuts for Dad," :Muffins with Mom," and "Pizza for "Parents."  These events include presentations by special guest speakers.  Topics have included how children learn, fathers as role models, preventing gang influence, and various other topics that help us all be better parents and teachers. 

We highly enourage every parent and teacher to join our PTO.  It is a very rewarding experience to see what a difference you can make in the Halpin community.
