The Southeast District Health Fair was held on Saturday,
February 12, 2005 from 9:00 to 12:00 noon at Ortiz Middle School . There
were a variety of services available for parents and children and there was
even some fun for everyone.

South Texas Dental provided face painting for the kids.

The Stevenson Middle School Drumline gave a heart pounding performance during the event.

Persons attending were able to donate blood.

Several displays provided information about various health-related issues.

There were many pamphlets and brochures available for health fair patrons.

Outside, there was fun for the young and the young at heart.

The YMCA personnel was available to provide information.

The Houston Fire Department was on site and gave a tour of one of their fire engines.
|
|
|
|

Door prizes were awarded every 30 minutes to lucky attendees.
