Extended Day

The Extended Day program is designed to meet the needs of working parents and allow students the opportunity to work, play, and improve academic skills.  The Extended Day program is a fee based program during the hours of 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

+ Students are expected to attend classes daily, as scheduled.

+ Students released to a parent/guardian before 5:30 p.m. MUST be signed
out through the office.

+ Students are dismissed at 5:25 p.m. There are no provisions for supervising students after 5:45 p.m.

+ Failure to adhere to dismissal times (3 times) or poor conduct will result in removal from the program.

+A fee paid in TWO payments; August: $300.00 and January $300.00 The following is a list of 2009-2010 NO Extended Day classes due to school
holidays and/or school-wide activities:

September 30       Early Dismissal 12:30 p.m.
October 23           Fall Carnival
October 30           Early Dismissal 12:30 p.m.
November 24        Thanksgiving Holidays
December 18        Winter Holidays
February 5            Early Dismissal 12:30 p.m.
Aoril 7                 Early Dismissal 12:30 p.m.
March 12              Spring Break (12:30 p.m. dismissal)
May 7                  Early Dismissal 12:30 p.m.
May 14                Walk-a-thonField Day
