| Title I |
| Title I is a federally funded program that enables a school to provide a high quality education for all children by providing supplemental funds to the school. Neff is designated as a schoolwide campus therefore, all children are impacted by the funds. |
| In
general, a Title I schoolwide program shall include the following eight components: |
| 1. A comprehensive needs assessment. |
| 2. Schoolwide reform strategies. |
| 3. Instruction by highly qualified professional staff |
| 4. Professional development for teachers and aides |
| 5. Strategies to increase parental involvement. |
| 6. Assisting preschool children in transition from early childhood to elementary. |
| 7. Measures to include teachers in the decisions regarding the use of assessments. |
| 8. Students who are experience difficulty mastering standards will receive assistance. |
