CLINICIAN LODGING AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Clinicians arrive from out of town and require transportation to/from the airport (Hobby/Intercontinental) and lodging during their stay. Estimated arrival: January 29 and departure February 1 and 2.

HOSPITALITY

Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided to clinicians 3 days of the Workshop. Lunch is served to all faculty, staff, Workshop clinicians and volunteers (about 90 people each day). Volunteers usually are asked to provide a salad, dessert or a side dish for lunch.

At the end of the 3-day Workshop, the Suzuki students and their Workshop clinicians will perform at an evening concert at 6:30 p.m.

Parents are needed to help cover the Magnet Office during lunch. No experience needed!

Because this workshop benefits all of our strings students equally, it is our responsibility and privilege to participate as parent volunteers. If you are unable to dedicate your time, you may choose to donate money to cover a variety of expenses that are incurred to provide the workshop at no cost to our children.
