* Parker Elementary Advanced Chorus performed at the American Choral Director's Association Conference in Miami, March, 2007

* Parker Elementary was named 2002 National Grammy Signature Elementary School;
$2,500 grant from the Folger's "Wakin' Up the Music" Foundation.

* Parker Elementary received a grant from the Aubrey and Sylvia Farb
Community Service Fund of Temple Emanu El for the "Tempo" pre-school music class
(founded, 9/02) for moms and tots which meets once a week.

* Texas Music Educators Convention - San Antonio, Texas

Parker Performing Strings and Chorus perform, 5/4/02.

The Advanced Band received "Outstanding in Class", 4/00 and 4/02

* Houston Chamber Choir - "Hear the Future" concert featuring the Parker Chorus, 2/01 and 2/02.

* Capitol Building, Austin, Texas - Top Performing groups (Advanced Band (1995,1997),
Performing Strings (1996) and Chorus (2002) have been featured in the Capitol Rotunda.

* Parker Elementary has been a provider of
Continuing Education for school board Trustees in the state of Texas.

* Parker Elementary has received "Recognized" status
from the Texas Education Agency - 97, 98, 99, 00, 01, 02.
