The mission at Piney Point Elementary is to provide a sound education in a wholesome learning environment so students may achieve in life. The School Improvement Plan is a plan that is created annually to help our school meet its goals.
Wow! The progress at Piney Point is incredible. It is amazing to see how quickly our surroundings are transforming. Both students and teachers are fascinated by everything from jackhammers to bulldozers to our quickly vanishing hardtop. This is a great time to discuss the concept of change with your child; it’s all around us. If you haven’t had a chance to see this firsthand, come share a picnic lunch with your child. Also, please take a look at this Press Release Document. Our principal has been interviewed for the Houston Chronicle because we are the first school in this bond program to begin construction and supposed to be the first one finished.
