River Oaks Elementary is located on the southwest corner of Kirby Drive and San Felipe Road in the River Oaks area in Houston.

From State Highway 59:
Exit Kirby Drive. Head north on Kirby Drive past Richmond, Alabama and Westheimer. River Oaks Elementary is on the left just before San Felipe.

From Interstate 10:
Exit Shepherd Drive. Head south on Shepherd Drive past Washington Ave and Memorial Drive. Turn right onto Kirby Drive. River Oaks Elementary is on the right on the corner of Kirby Drive and San Felipe.
