School Report Card River Oaks Elementary: EXEMPLARY rating (Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills):This standardized test is given to students in grades 3 through 5 in the spring. All student in grades 3-5 take the reading and mathematics tests. Fourth graders take the writing test and 5th graders take the science test starting in 2003.
