Visitor
Policy
The office needs to be aware at all times of any person in the halls
or rooms. This is for the safety of every child. Please abide by the
visitation rules. Every unauthorized person in the building needs a Visitor's Pass. Entrance to the school should always
be through the front door. Entry through any other gate or door is not a legal
entry.
If a parent or other visitor needs to see a teacher or student, they
should go immediately to the office for a visitor's pass. They will need a
visitor's pass during regular school hours and for teacher/parent conferences both during
school or after school.
If you pick up your child after school, please do not wait in the
halls. We need parents to wait outside the building or in the front entrance (foyer
area only).
PTO
Please plan
on participating in the Parent/Teacher Organization. We want Rucker Elementary to be
an exemplary school and it is necessary to have parent support to make that
happen. We appreciate all that our parents do to support the educational
process. |
