Apache Corporation

As part of Shearn's Make-Over in September 2005.
The Apache Corporation provided 15
trees to help beautify Shearn's outdoors. However, the trees could not be
planted in September during the school make-over as the weather was not
conducive to planting trees. On November 4 many Apache Employees under the
direction of Kim Crider and Fund for
Teachers and the direction of Candece Beverly, provided the trees and labor
to help beautify Shearn's campus. Pictured above are many of the employees
providing lessons to Shearn's students on the planting and growing of trees.
