Communities In Schools (CIS) is a non-profit agency dedicated to the well-being of its students.  CIS at Sherman Elementary offers a variety of services such as vision referrals, uniform assistance, tutoring, parent classes and after-school activities to mention just a few.  CIS is able to offer many of its services due to its various partnerships throughout the city.  Some of our partners include TSO, UTMB, the De Madres a Madres Center, Americorp and the Children’s Museum.  If you have any questions feel free to contact Mr. Emilio Herrera at (713) 227-9200.  Thank you.
