The Memorial Hermann Health Center for Schools at Jane Long Middle School provides healthcare services to students of Jane Long Middle School, Sutton Elementary and Benavidez Elementary at no cost to the parent. The mission of the health center is to provide healthcare to students with no health insurance. The health center will serve as a back up provider for students with insurance.

The health center is located at Jane Long Middle School, 6501 Bellaire Blvd. An HISD school bus will provide transportation from Benavidez and Sutton to Jane Long during the regular school year three times a week in the morning. If a student is not sent to the clinic by bus, parents must call to make an appointment.
