If you receive unsolicited email, you need to set up Junk E-Mail in order to avoid receiving the same unwanted email over and over.
Follow these steps to set up Junk E-Mail in Outlook.
Open Outlook. Look at the toolbar under the menu items.
You will see an icon that looks like some squares falling into place to form a larger square. This is the Organize icon.
Click once on the icon. You will see a window like the one below.
Click on the Junk E-Mail tab on the left.
Click on the drop-down menus in each sentence to make them read the same as the sentences in the picture above.
Then click the "Turn on" button for each sentence.
Finally, click on the X in the top right hand corner of the Organize window to close it.
Now, whenever you receive a message from a sender that you want to block, simply right-click on the message (before opening it) and click:
Junk E-Mail > Add to Junk Senders List.
That sender will be blocked from your Inbox.  Every message sent from that sender will automatically go to your Deleted Items box.
