1. What's your favorite pet?
2. Make a physical graph showing your favorite pet.
(Teachers direct the students to move into lines, showing their
favorite pet.)
3. Can you think of other pets?
4. Draw a pet picture on paper or in Kid Pix.
5. Divide your paper or Kid Pix in half. On one half draw pictures of animals that make good pets. On the other half draw pictures of animals that do not make a good pet.
6. Write or draw about your pet's schedule. What does it do in the morning, afternoon, and evening?
