Joining fifth-grade teacher Karen Miller are West U. Elementary students Taylor Allen, Sarah Lanfear and Eugenia Bruzual, who demonstrated exceptional talent in developing their Ben Loomis “Wanted” posters associated with their reading of The Sign of the Beaver. This widely acclaimed Newberry Honor Book authored by Elizabeth George Speare sparked the made-for-television movie “Keeping the Promise.”
