The Art program at West U serves all 950+ students.  The art teacher is Diane Arnold, a professional artist and HISD Art Specialist. In the course of the school year K-5 students discover drawing, painting, sculpture and Art History.  In addition to hands-on projects, students can visit the major museums of the world via the web and CD-ROMs.  Student work is displayed off-campus at Luby's on Buffalo Speedway.
