BENBROOK ELEMENTARY

On Tuesday, November 11th three of our second graders had the opportunity to participate in the UIL Holiday Forensics Contest for HISD Elementary Schools hosted by Carnegie Vanguard High School. Armando Mendoza from Ms Offlee’s class and Vanessa Ramirez from Ms. Mejia’s class were each given an award for Outstanding Participation in Oral Interpretation. Valerie Fuentes from Ms. Offlee’s class made it to the final round and won SECOND Place on Oral Interpretation. Way to go Benbrook Students!!!
