Briscoe Elementary  is located in the Magnolia Park and Mason Park communities in Southeast Houston.  Briscoe is a school-wide Title I school providing instruction to 550 students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through Sixth grade.  There are many instructional programs at Briscoe which address individual needs as well as school needs.  One program is our bilingual education program which services 59% of our population.  Bilingual classes are offered for children from Pre-Kindergarten to Sixth Grade.  Our teaching staff is made up of 28 classroom teachers of which 17 are certified bilingual/ESL and all are GT certified, three certified special education teachers, and four certified ancillary teachers. At Andrew Briscoe Elementary, it is our mission to prepare our students to be lifelong learners and achievers.
