STUDENT ARRIVAL

Adult supervision of students will begin at 7:15 A.M. for those who eat breakfast in the cafeteria. Supervision will begin at 7:30 A.M. for all other students. Please be aware that if your child arrives prior to 7:30 a.m. he/she may not have adult supervision.  Please do NOT park in the circle drive to drop off your students.

DISMISSAL

Upon dismissal, all students are to leave the building immediately. No student will be allowed back into the building unless he/she is accompanied by a parent. A student participating in after school activities may remain in the building until such activities has ended.

In the event that you must pick up your child prior to 2:45 P.M. you must stop by the office and sign your child out. No student will be released unless the student has been signed out by the office personnel and the teacher has received a dismissal slip. For security reasons, no student will be allowed to leave early after 2:15 PM.

We encourage you to make all doctor and dental appointments after school hours whenever possible so that your child will not miss any part of the instructional day.

 HORARIO ESCOLAR

La supervisión de los estudiantes empieza a las 7:15 A.M. para los estudiantes que comen desayuno, 7:30 a.m. para todos los demás. Si su niño llega antes de la 7:30 a.m. y no come desayuno en la cafeteria, el/ella no estará supervisado por un adulto. Por favor NO se estacione en el circular cuando dejen o recojan a sus hijos.

SALIDAS

Es importante que todos los estudiantes salgan del plantel escolar inmediatamente al terminar las clases. Ningún alumno será permitido regresar al edificio después de la hora de salida al menos que este acompañado por su padre, madre o tutor. Si el alumno está participando en alguna actividad después de clases, puede permanecer en el edificio hasta que la actividad haya terminado.

Si es necesario que ustedes tengan que recoger a su hijo/a antes de las 2:45 P.M., deberá pasar a la oficina y firmar la salida de su hijo/a. No permitiremos que ningún alumno salga de la escuela antes de las horas de salida sin que el personal de la oficina haya sido avisado y el maestro haya recibido una orden de salida temprana. Se requiere identificación (con foto) del Gobierno o Estado. Por razones de seguridad, no se permite la salida temprano después de las 2:15 P.M.

Sugerimos que hagan citas con el doctor o el dentista después de las horas de clases cuando les sea posible para que su hijo/a no pierda parte de su instrucción.
