SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS
DISCIPLINARY ACTION STATEMENTS

Disciplinary actions that result in student suspensions totaling nine days or less of Special Education students will follow District procedures.  A school administrator will be authorized to suspend Special Education student from school and shall inform the student of alleged misconduct and describe to the student generally the evidence known at that time to support the allegations of misconduct.

DECLARACIÓN DEL ACTO DE DISCIPLINA

Los actos de disciplina que resulten en la suspensión de estudiantes de la Educación Especial y cuya suspensión sea de nueve o menos días, se llevarán de acuerdo con los procedimientos del Distrito. Un administrador de la escuela, autorizado para suspender de la escuela a un alumno de la Educación Especial, informará al estudiante de la supuesta mal conducta y describirá al estudiante la información  o pruebas que se conocen hasta el momento para apoyar las alegaciones de la mala conducta.
