What Is Dyslexia?

Dyslexia is a brain developmental disorder that affects a person’s ways of learning, such as reading, writing, and spelling. If you have dyslexia your brain will be working twice as hard as your non– dyslexic  friend’s head, A we showed on the previous page. So basically dyslexic kids have a harder time doing things than kids who don’t have dyslexia.

Dyslexia is not curable, but researchers have found that after intense remediation your brain is retrained and acts and functions more like a non-dyslexic’s brain. When you have dyslexia you will notice many differences between you and others.
