Our 2001 TAAS results are in, and they are
THE BEST in our school's history:
6th Grade Passing: 91% Reading, 93% Math
5th Grade Passing: 94% Reading, 98% Math
We are an HISD Exemplary & TEA Recognized School.

We are a unique intermediate school in west Houston,
with challenging programs, solid academic traditions,
and our determined "bulldog spirit."

Shadowbriar provides an important transitional format that
helps fifth- and sixth-graders prepare for middle school.

The loyal Bulldog is our mascot, and our school colors
are Gold and Black.
