Mapping a network drive:

1. Right-click on the My Computer icon

2. Choose Map network drive

3. Do not click anything--Choose a Letter for the Drive you want to map

4. in the Path line type: \\shearn-rs01\folder name or  \\shearn-bdc\folder name  or \\shearn-rs02\folder name

5. Check "Reconnect at login" radio button

6. Click OK

7. A window will appear--close it.
