DECISION MAKING COMMITTEE
The Sinclair Shared
Decision Making Committee (SDMC) is based on quality circles
which represent the school and community consisting of 15
members: six (6) teachers, three (3)school based staff, one
(1) non-instructional staff, two (2) parents, two (2)
community members, and one (1) business partner. SDMC will
address: budget; student achievement, including curriculum
and planning; parent and community involvement; and staff
development and staffing patterns; faculty advisory,
including school organizing; and attendance. The committee
meets the first Wednesday of each month at 3:15 p.m.
