To volunteer in Sinclair you need to submit the Volunteer Recruitment Form and the HISD Volunteer Records Access Form. For the HISD Volunteer Records Access Form you need to attach a copy of a photo ID (Driver's License or Passport). Please note if you have already been cleared by HISD this year to volunteer in another HISD school, you do need to submit this form.

Complete the Volunteer Recruitment Form and return it to your Teacher. Please mark the areas you would like to volunteer this year at Sinclair. Please make sure your contact e-mail and phone numbers are accurate in order to reach you.
After been cleared by the HISD you could also record your volunteer time in the VISITS system. You will get via e-mail a message with your username and password and you can start log-in your time after that. Please click on the VISITS (Log Volunteer Hours) section on the website for more information.

Please record your volunteer time and keep your account active. The District keeps record of the volunteer hours at Sinclair.

We welcome you all in the Volunteer in the Public Schools system. Please, do not forget when you come to school to volunteer to check yourself at the reception and sign, this is done for the safety of our children.
