Please notify the office or child’s teacher if your address, work, or home phone numbers change.  Remember that emergency numbers need to be kept up to date also.

After School Care

Sinclair’s school day ends at 3:00 p.m.  Children must be picked up immediately following dismissal. The teachers and administration are not responsible for the supervision of students after 3:15 p.m., unless they are enrolled in tutorial or enrichment programs. Tutoring and enrichment programs end by 4:15 p.m.  Our school’s office is closed by 4:30 p.m.  If your child is still on the premises at this time, the proper authorities will be called.

After school child care is available on campus and is provided by the Northwest Family YMCA.  The program meets in the school cafeteria from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.  The trained staff provides a safe, fun, and well supervised program which includes homework assistance, indoor/outdoor games, activity centers, arts and crafts, special events, and more.  Snacks are served daily.  Please contact the Northwest Family YMCA at (713) 869-3378.

Parking

Visitors may park in the designated visitor spaces in the circle drive and Manville parking lot.  Parking spaces in the parking lots on Manville and Grovewood are reserved for Sinclair staff. Please DO NOT park in the fire lanes in both the circle drive and Manville lot.  This is a safety issue.
