Annenberg ProgramText Box: CASE After School Summer program June 05 - July 02, 2008 2:30pm - 5:45pm Applications will be available Thursday May 29, 2008 in the office. One application is needed per family. You will be notified, by phone, of your child's acceptance to the program. Returning CASE students from the 2007 - 2008 school year enrolled to May 23, 2008 need only to update their application and await notification of acceptance into the program. Once accepted, parents with a co-payment will be asked to make the payment in FULL upon enrollment. Please turn in your CASE application as soon as possible to Mrs. D.
