Annenberg ProgramText Box: ATTENTION ALL WHIDBY SUPPORTERS... Whidby students are in need. If you have any gently used uniforms that your child has out grown within the past school year we would like to have them.  The school's nurse is in need of replacement uniforms in the clinic.  She is happy to accept all types of uniforms such as: shirts, pants, jeans, socks, skorts, skirts, or shorts. Please make sure that all items are washed before your donation.  All donations should be submitted to the Whidby clinic. Thank you for your support.

Text Box: Whidby is Celebrating...  Our school has a lot to shout about in 2009.  Text Box: Volunteers Wanted Whidby is on the lookout for volunteers to come to our campus to help the boys and girls with reading and math tutorials.  If you would like to volunteer on the campus, please fill out a VIPS form in the main office. Text Box: Grade Speed Access for Parents HISD has incorporated a new online grade book system. The system will allow parents to access their child's academic performance via email, PDA, or cell phone. The grade book will be available to parents beginning Sept. 28, 2009. Parents can access the link through the HISD website/Parent Link. The school will provide a tutorial for parents during the upcoming schedule parent meetings for 3rd - 5th grade. Please check your child's planners or backpacks for informational flyers.
