This program is also known as Developmental Maintenance.

Goals of the One-Way Developmental Bilingual Program (DBP)

The goals of this program are for students to:

•Attain fluency in communication and literacy in English and Spanish.

•Attain high levels of academic achievement in all subject areas in both languages

•Develop positive cross-cultural attitudes and behaviors
